Current openings include:

Residential Aides (8AM-3PM; 3PM-11PM; 11PM-8AM): Caring for and supporting people with Down syndrome in their homes. Full- and part-time positions available, including weekend hours. Minimum starting wage is $8.00/hour after training, plus shift differential of $.30/hour for overnight shifts, 1:1 aide differential of $.25/hour.  Will pay for experience. Comprehensive benefit package for full-time employees.

 

Director of Program Services:  A minimum of 5 years experience in residential care, supervision, treatment planning, needs assessment, family education and/or other related areas for individuals with disabilities.   Must be  familiar with all State and Federal Regulations as required by OMRDD, NJDDD, MHLS, DSS, DOH, OSHA, DEC, SED, and all other applicable legal requirements is required.  An advanced level degree in social work, psychology, education, nursing or other relevant field is strongly desired.  Interested candidates may apply in person at 3 Chenango Road, Edmeston, NY 13335, by phone at 607-965-8377 ext. 133, by fax at 607-965-8655, or email a cover letter and resume to snguyen@pathfinder.tzo.com.
